Can I cancel my order?
✅ Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

🚨 Important Notes:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • If the order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery; once the package is returned to us, your refund will be initiated

📦 Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Return is requested within 24 hours of delivery
✅ Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
✅ Product is not marked as non-returnable, custom-made, or final sale

How to request a return:

1️⃣ Contact us with your order number via Call, WhatsApp, or Email
2️⃣ We'll schedule a free pickup (where available)
3️⃣ If pickup is not available in your area, we’ll guide you to ship it back
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund process begins

Refund Timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days after return approval

🚨 Note: Refunds are issued only after product inspection is successfully passed.

Need a different size or color? No problem — we offer free exchanges for the same product.

✅ Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
✅ Item must be unused, in original packaging
✅ If the requested size or color is out of stock, we’ll offer you a refund or store credit

🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Report to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

🔹 No Refunds/Exchanges for:
❌ Used, washed, or altered items
❌ Items without original packaging or tags
❌ Clearance, custom-made, or final sale items

🔹 Processing Time:
Most refunds or exchanges are completed within 7–15 business days from return pickup
